Mass Mail Policy
This policy applies to any entity sending Mass Mails to Outblaze hosted domains.
Policy Objectives
Our Mass Mail Policy covers the following issues:
- protect our users from unsolicited bulk email
- ensure delivery of legitimate Mass Mails to our users
Definition of Mass Mailing
Mass Mails are emails with similar content, sent by any entity to multiple recipients, where the sending party received prior explicit consent from each and every recipient for receiving the Mass Mail.
The only approved method of getting explicit consent is via Confirmed Opt In.
Please see the Messaging Anti-Abuse Working Group's Senders Best Communications Practices for more information.
Definition of Spam
Spam is unsolicited bulk email.
We are alerted to spam from user reports, together with a network of spamtraps, amongst other sources.
Blocking of Spam Sources
Outblaze reserves the right to block all emails sent by servers deemed to be sending spam. Networks with multiple spam sources present may, at our discretion, be entirely blocked.
Outblaze does not automatically remove such blocking. If your server is blocked, contact the Outblaze postmaster for details on steps required to remove the block.
Please contact postmaster@outblaze.com if you have any questions or clarifications.
